For individual orders placed on MemoryRoad.com, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Shipping confirmation will be sent if email is provided. Contact us if you have questions regarding shipping carriers, prices, or arrival times. Memory Road ships Monday through Friday.
Refund Policy
All products sales are final. If orders received are damaged or incorrect, please call 800-826-4929 during normal business hours and ask to speak with a Memory Road representative. Please note, it takes 1-2 business days for processing requests.
